We may collect the information you choose to provide, including name, email address, telephone number, preferred language, intended use, purchase timeframe, price fit, decision involvement, presentation readiness, questions and message content. Basic technical and consent records may also be retained where the website tools require them.
3. Why we use the data
We use the data to answer enquiries, provide relevant property information, assess whether a private presentation is appropriate, arrange follow-up, protect the website and keep an accurate record of communication. 4. Service providers
The website, forms, chat and CRM may be operated through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector and the email or cloud services needed to handle your enquiry. Providers process data only for operating these functions and are subject to their applicable data-protection terms. Data is not sold.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction, unless a shorter period is appropriate, consent is withdrawn where consent is the basis, or longer retention is required for an agreement, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact: [email protected].
7. Cookies and tracking
Only cookies and similar technologies required for website operation, form/chat functionality, security and any analytics or advertising tools actually enabled are used. Optional tracking should operate only where the required consent has been obtained.
